LABOUR RELATIONS
The Overberg water Board strives to create environment in which employees feel valued and support the Entity’s values, strategies, and priorities. The rights and wellbeing of all employees are safe guarded and protected through alignment of corporate policies with relevant legislation and regulations. Specifically, with the majority Union. Union-Management actively engaged on a regular basis for key information sharing, to always provide reasonable response to the Union regarding any significant operational changes that affect employees. During the engagement sessions, Management actively engaged the Union regarding concerns raised and sought to achieve resolution of issues.
